With one restaurant currently operating in Kalgoorlie in the Best Western Hospitality Inn Kalgoorlie, Katherine Station Restaurant is a unique and exciting concept that has proven a hit with guests and locals alike. Katherine Station is the creation of Mr Nicholas Bird, who some Perthites might recognise as the name behind the MYO (Make Your Own) franchise, which now operates on three continents. Mr Bird has 35 years experience in the hospitality industry, and was the founding President of the Restaurant and Caterers Association.
Katherine Station offers premium food at affordable prices in an upmarket and uniquely Australian setting.
